    减肥.......

    下个月就要照结婚照了
    丽丽同学勒令我照相前减个至少5KG
     
    天哪
    这简直是mission impossible
    但是领导下了指示
    作为员工的我,当然得无条件执行
     
    制定计划如下:
    早餐:为了保证每天的代谢正常启动,早餐吃饱,两个包子加一碗豆浆
    中餐:半碗米饭,鱼(或瘦肉)和蔬菜,但严格控制量
    晚餐:一个苹果加一个番茄
    运动:每天至少慢跑3千米-5千米(或等价其他运动,篮球和羽毛球游泳等),30个俯卧撑,50个仰卧起坐
    每周周末爬至少一次南山

    波波同學,早餐,有點多了。晚餐嘛,應該加點苦瓜汁之類的,這個比較有功效。
    切記:拍照後要持續堅持呀,不然。。。
    小時候的小瘦子怕是吹氣球落!!!

    仰卧起坐和俯卧撑都是练形体的,对减肥没什么帮助。而且波哥计划的也太少了,哈哈。

    跑步的话最好早上跑,6点半起床,跑半个小时到45分钟,至少5公里,然后回去洗澡吃早饭,一天都特别有精神的 :D
